El Agave Restaurant

The owner of El Agave, came to the united states in 1995, searching the American Dream. He worked continuously in Mexican restaurants as wait staff, cook, and eventually gaining the expertise to manage several restaurants. He moved to Minnesota in 2004, where he worked for the restaurant El Mariachi for three years as the manager. In 2007, he purchased the current location at 62 downtown plaza and changing the name to EL AGAVE restaurant. in 2010 a second Mexican Restaurant was opened in St. Peter, MN at 402 south 3rd st, one block west of the Highway 169 thru way. Both locations strive to offer the complete dining experience with home cooked meals, authentic recipes, and fine service. We are family owned and operated since the inception of our restaurants.
